If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Site.

Super Quick Care Car Wash LLC is a company based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our Emirate of domicile is Dubai.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local laws of Dubai, UAE. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims relating to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards in AED for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and the policies and rules available on https://ppfdubai.ae.

Sanctions Compliance

We will not trade with or provide any services to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or other sanctioned jurisdictions.

User Eligibility

Users of our Site must be at least 18 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users of the website or to transact on or use the website.

As a user of this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Quick Care Car Wash LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the services or the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Quick Care Car Wash LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising directly from your intentional misuse of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Service Satisfaction

At PPF Dubai, we strive to provide high-quality, professional paint protection film installation services to all our customers. We aim to exceed your expectations, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately so we can address any concerns.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed. Once our installation team has performed the service and the customer has inspected the vehicle, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with the service performed, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will do our best to resolve any issues, which may include:

Offering a free touch-up or correction if there are areas that need additional attention.
Providing a discount on your next service if the issue cannot be rectified immediately.

Refunds, if any, will only be processed through the original mode of payment. All refunds will be made against the amount paid by the customer, adjusted for any promotions, chargebacks, or unverifiable activity. Depending on the mode of payment, please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

PPF Warranty

Paint protection film installations are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to defects in the film such as yellowing, bubbling, cracking, or peeling under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, automatic car washes with abrasive brushes, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Cancellations

Cancellation can only be done within 5 minutes of placing an order or up to 24 hours before the scheduled installation time, whichever is later. Cancellations made outside this period may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as materials may have been ordered and our installation team is already scheduled.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of services is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation.

Customers are allowed one complimentary reschedule per booking if the request is made within the permitted time frame.
Additional rescheduling requests for the same booking, or rescheduling requests made outside the permitted time frame, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
In case of weather disruptions or emergencies, PPF Dubai will reschedule your service at no additional charge.

No-Show Policy

If the customer is not present at the scheduled location and time for the service (for mobile installations), or fails to deliver the vehicle to our studio at the agreed time, and no prior notice is given, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a fee of up to 50% of the service charge may be applied.

Payment Confirmation

After completing a payment on our website, you will receive an automated payment confirmation email from our payment gateway provider to the email address you provided during the transaction. This email will include the details of your payment, including the amount paid, the transaction reference number, and the payment method used. Please retain this confirmation email for your records.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your payment, please check your spam or junk email folder. If the email is not found, or if you have any concerns about your payment, please contact us immediately at info@superquickcardetailers.ae or +971 52 315 1530 for assistance.

Changes to Terms

Super Quick Care Car Wash LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Severability & Assignment

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Super Quick Care Car Wash LLC reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and Conditions, including any of its rights and obligations, without requiring your consent.
