The Ceramic Coating Process
Day 1: Paint Correction. We inspect your bike for swirl marks, water spots, and oxidation. Mild correction removes embedded dust and previous sealant residue. Then a clay bar extracts brake dust and rail particles.
Day 2: Surface Prep & Coating. After a final solvent wipe to remove prep oils, the ceramic liquid is hand-applied to fairings, tank, wheels, windscreen, mirrors—every paint surface. The coating self-levels and cures for 12 hours.
Day 3: Hardening & Inspection. After full cure, we rinse and inspect water behaviour. You're notified when the bike is ready for pickup.

Maintaining Your Coated Bike
The first 7 days: avoid washing or rain exposure (curing phase). After that, gentle hand-wash with ceramic-safe shampoo every 2 weeks keeps dust off. Water should bead immediately—if beading slows, schedule a maintenance wash. Annual inspection reapplies maintenance spray to any worn areas.
